Do you have an office?
The office address at 124 City Road is simply a P.O. Box for receiving mail from financial institutions - we don't currently facilitate face-to-face meetings but we'd love to in the future.
What is the guarantee?
The guarantee of which we facilitate is a confidence-based money-back guarantee whereby in the unlikely event we are unable to remove the CIFAS marker, you will be entitled to a full refund for any fees paid.
