Client Care Specialist

Job description

We're looking for an individual that holds the passion and etiquette to listen and reassure our clients when they need it most. The job offers pay of £500/week, and you are able to work from home.

Job responsibilities

The job would require to keep clients updated on service updates, responding to any messages or emails received relating to updates or general correspondence, and would require you to be available and able to actively work between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm BST.

• Supplying clients with weekly updates,
• Responding to and reassuring clients once they contact,
• Submitting requests for further information or process changes in adaptation to industry changes.
